TERMS OF USE
Users must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy and are bound by this irrespective of membership.
OVERVIEW:
Mobchannel seeks to promote a culture of openness, trust and integrity but has set the following Acceptable Use Policy to protect the interests of its users, employees, partners and the company.
Mobchannel is a free service and we do not endorse the views expressed by our members. Users of this service are expected to be responsible and society friendly individuals. Any user who is found to indulge in practices that undermine the faith users put in this site will lose their membership. Use is restrained by law, regulations and constantly evolving social norms. Attributed writers own the Copy Right/Legal Responsibility for Content in this Site. Please contact the authors for more information. Mobchannel is not responsible for any implicit or explicit liabilities over any content that is owned by attributed owners. Mob channel Terms of Use May change from time to time and it is up to the user to decide to use the service.
ELIGIBILITY:
A user must be thirteen years or older to access and use the services. Users aged 13-18 are encouraged to obtain parental consent.
MEMBER ACCOUNT:
When you sign up to become a member and create a Mobchannel Member account, you will also be asked to choose a username and a password for your Member Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the Member Account, Member profile, username, or password of another Member at any time. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Member Account or Member profile or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Member Account and Member profile.
CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICES:
Mobchannel may review content, materials, photos or videos and remove the same if is judged by Mobchannel as having violated the terms of use or any of the following;
1. Is offensive, contains content that promotes racism, hatred, physical harm of any kind, harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
2. Promotes illegal activities or information which is false and misleading.
3. Contains unauthorized copies of copyrighted work/material.
4. Contains explicit sexual material
PRIVACY:
While the company‘s network administration seeks to provide a reasonable level of privacy, it is the responsibility of every user to decide the amount of information and content they wish to share.
COPYRIGHT POLICY:
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
ADVERTISING POLICY:
1. Multiple Mobchannel accounts may not be created for advertising purposes unless permission is granted by the company.
2. Ads cannot promote illegal products or services.
3. Ads cannot harass attack or insult any individual user or group.
4. Ads must not be false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive.
5. Ads should not contain any vulgar, obscene, defamatory or unlawful content.
REFUND POLICY:
Mobchannel does not assume liability or provide refunds for any transactions conducted on its website and users assume any pertaining default risk.
TRANSACTIONS USING PAYPAL:
Mobchannel Users must adhere and comply with Paypal’s user policy as stated bellow:
You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:
1. violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation
2. relate to sales of (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (d) items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime, (e) items that are considered obscene, (f) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (g) certain sexually oriented materials or services, or (h) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (i) ,certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law
3. relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other “get rich quick” schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of real property, annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f), are associated with the following Money Service Business activities: the sale of traveler’s checks or money orders, currency exchanges or check cashing, or (g) provide certain credit repair or debt settlement services
4. involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent
5. violate applicable laws or industry regulations regarding the sale of (a) tobacco products, or (b) prescription drugs and devices
6. involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes unless the operator has obtained prior approval from PayPal and the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.
PayPal requires pre-approval to accept payments for certain services as set out in 5 above and detailed in the chart below.
